Enjoy the templates, they'll always be free and
anyone can use them. However you can't distribute them and you must
return a link back. That is non-negotiable. If I'm going to supply
the entire design for your site the least you can do is link back
:). They're decent designs, if you need something more custom you
can hire me. I'm also willing to design templates for free for sites
which get over 500 unique visitors per day and are willing to keep
my link on their site permanently.
